Free US Shipping on Every Order
Every Cloverember order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no code needed.
1. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses may take 2 to 5 extra business days.
2. Processing time
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.
3. Shipping options

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak holiday volume can add time.
4. Holiday shipping
For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering Standard by December 15 and Express by December 18.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@cloverember.com right away. We can update addresses before an order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
7. Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your mail area and wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.
- If it still hasn't arrived, contact us. We'll open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.
- If your package arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement.
8. Taxes
Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
