These Terms of Service govern your use of cloverember.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Clover Ember ("Cloverember", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Products are intended for customers in the United States.
2. Products and pricing
- We make every effort to display products, colors and specifications accurately. Screen colors and light output may vary slightly.
- Prices are listed in US dollars. Compare-at prices reflect the regular retail price of the product. We may change prices at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.
3. Promotions and bundle discounts
Bundle discounts (Buy 2, save 15%; Buy 3 or more, save 25%) apply automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other product or order discount codes unless stated. Promotions may end or change at any time.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, reseller activity, or that exceed quantity limits. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners; we never store full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including our 90-day guarantee.
6. Product use and safety
Use products only as described in the included guide. The candle warmer lamp produces heat: keep it away from flammable materials, children and pets, and do not touch the bulb or shade while in use. Night lights should be charged with the included cable and kept dry. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse.
7. Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery as described in our Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cloverember's total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual property
All Site content, including the Cloverember name, logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to Cloverember or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
10. User content and reviews
By submitting a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our business. Please don't submit anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cloverember is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the Site.
